Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the L2L Bible Bowl app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us at support@christiantechsolutions.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Removal Request”, and we will remove it for you.

Either route permanently deletes your account, including:

• Your sign-in credentials and email address
• All profiles under the account, including display names and avatars
• All study progress, quiz history, streaks, and rankings
• Content entitlements (access to purchased packs)

Purchase records may be retained where required for financial record-keeping, but they will no longer be linked to an active account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletions made in the app take effect immediately; emailed requests are processed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

If you later create a new account, you can restore previous purchases through the App Store or Google Play using the same store account (“Restore Purchases” in the app). Your study history, progress, streaks, and rankings cannot be recovered once deleted, even on a new account.
